Hi everybody, I figure I should explain why exactly I am going to start posting art on Newgrounds.

In summary, Squirrel vs. Squirrel and Kia and Jacob are comics I've made for a student newspaper, and I wanted to have a place for those who wanted to see all my previous work as well as anything new I will happen to create.

As such, those comics were posted under my real name and for those who recognize me, hi! For posting them online, I am rebranding them under the groundwalker71 account and the signatures will be replaced as such.

I should explain the premise of my comics:

Squirrel vs. Squirrel is a parody of Spy vs. Spy, the cartoon by Antonio Prohías published in Mad Magazine. The reason I created it is because nowadays I don't see many comics/cartoons with the same kind of humor, and I also think Spy vs. Spy isn't as popular as it should be. I realize that some might consider it too similar to the original, but I dunno, I really wanted to create something like Spy vs. Spy in my own style. I'll know if it's too similar if some lawyers show up at my doorstep.

Kia and Jacob is a comic inspired by many others such as Garfield, Calvin and Hobbes, Big Nate, and so on. But I wanted to make it based on my own experiences and interests. So that would include art, aviation, gaming, military history, relationships, and so on. Basically anything I find somewhat cool or funny.

I might also post fanart or whatever else comes to my mind.

I am a student so don't expect consistent uploads, but nonetheless I'm excited to be with you guys!
